Step Two: The Contract
After securing your reservation by phone, we will send you a contract and an invoice.
- Please fill out, sign, & return the contract by the date noted.
- If a deposit is required, it will be stated on the contract.
- When we receive your signed contract and your deposit, if required, your reservation is complete and confirmed!
- Call us if you need to make any changes.
Please note! If you must re-schedule or cancel your booking, you must speak with us by phone. If we're not in when you call and you leave a message, if you don't hear back from us by the end of the day,
please call us again. We don't want there to be any mix-ups because of a technical problem...We also would like the opportunity to speak with you and hopefully work with you to see what we can do to help you keep your show date!
