IMPORTANT!!! BUS INFORMATION!!!
PLEASE READ!!!
We are booking now for all shows in 2012.
There is a limited amount of district funding for the free buses.
Immediately after you book a field trip, you must get it approved by the principal or administrator at your school AND have the
bookkeeper or person in charge of arranging for the buses
submit the paperwork to the district. The busing info is in Bulletin #P-13653-C\K12C. The bus code is on the TR71 screen,
FUND – DF, SubFund – District.
We have been told that the bus money will be allocated based on the district approval date, not the field trip date...so the sooner the paperwork is submitted, the better chance you have of receiving the free buses.
