Respectful Interventions
™ Anti-Bias/Holocaust Awareness Workshops
for Teens have been presented to middle school students in our district
over the past year. The presentation deals with such timely social issues
as acceptance, diversity, and tolerance.It is interactive, both the students and actors
participate, and we’ve gotten win-win reviews.Evaluations of this program were outstanding,
and we have requests for repeat performances.

ADL supports Locomotion Theatre in
its efforts to educate students about the importance of
respecting and
accepting differences. Locomotion Theater provides quality and creative
programming that gets to the heart of the issues. Our program was on socio-economic class
and
participants had to really think about prejudice and discrimination and how
these issues
affect all individuals. Participants left the program with a
desire to stop hatred and accept
all people, regardless of their economic
status. It
