Participating in a Teen Stories Presentation

Picture looking into the family next door's living room, or the adjoining office cubicle, and not only being able to listen in on their conversation, but also being able to give them your opinion on the subject, share an insight, agree or disagree with what's being said, and truly tell them just what you think about how they are handling the situation!

That's exactly what It's All Talk is all about: A thought-provoking, upbeat, and fun presentation that opens a forum about relationships, family dynamics, and subjects of interest to your group.  Not only that, everyone in the audience is invited to participate!

It's All Talk: Teen Stories programs run 45-60 minutes and deal with issues relevant to middle and high school students. It's All Talk: Camp Stories and It's All Talk: SACC Stories are counselor training workshops designed to complement your after school and / or camp counselor orientation programs. It's All Talk: VPK Stories is an interactive workshop designed for preschool teachers.

Here's how it works: Each presentation lasts approximately 60-75 minutes and consists of three or four skits.  Choose from a variety of Lifecycle Topics or Workplace Topics that will best fit the interests of your group and focus of your event.  Following each five minute skit, the presenters will encourage the audience to respond to what they've just seen and heard, and facilitate a brief discussion.  What makes this unique and engaging is that the players stay in character and interact as though they were the people portrayed in the sketch!

Teen Stories
This 45-60 minute program designed for middle and high school students is equal parts entertainment and education! Teen Stories is led by an experienced licensed psychotherapist and takes guided steps toward exploring issues and subjects including dating, friendship, school, homework, peer pressure, self-esteem, emotional / physical abuse, mental health, drug / alcohol abuse, family dynamics, and a full range of subjects about personal choices and responsible behavior. Teen Stories presentations are not only great for student audiences, but they're also perfect for teen-parent gatherings and PTA nights. Camp Stories / SACC Stories / VPK Preschool Stories
These lively audience participation workshops are a great way to get the information across in an entertaining way! Our workshops are customized for your group and provide specific methods for dealing with problems and issues a summer camp counselor, after-school counselor, or preschool teacher may encounter. Topics include methods of handling children's problem behavior, safety and supevision, the importance of confidentiality, stress, communicating with parents, and professionalism. We will work with you to get just the right mix of topics for your presentation! The 60 - 75 minute program is led by a licensed psychotherapist.
